Grape(Angoor) Vinegar

    Basic Ayurveda Grape(Angoor) Vinegar is made through the fermentation of sugars into acetic acid by microorganisms. It can be made from any fruit or any material containing sugar. Grape(Angoor) Vinegar is synonymous with wine vinegar and is made by further fermentation of wine. Grape Vinegar because of their acetic acid content, is known to control and lower cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels and blood pressure. Minimize the possibility of heart disease and keep blood flowing smoothly by taking vinegar regularly. Grape Vinegar also contains potassium, which helps to control blood pressure.
